Its dark and dreary when you visit your brother at Sasquatchie Prison. But while waiting to see him, an alarm sounds and voices begin shouting. There is an explosion outside your door: the lights go off and the way back is blocked.
You are in the midst of a prison breakout!

You are alone in the blackened room where screaming inmates, riot containment crews, and loud explosions abound.
WHY ARE THE PRISONERS TRYING TO ESCAPE?
WHY TYPE OF 'UNSANCTIONED" EXPERIMENTS ARE GOING ON?

Find your way out before it’s too late and you are taken down with the  the inmates….

Face the forest’s natural dangers and more in Chattanooga’s naturally terrifying haunted attraction! Featuring an all new cast of characters and surprises, the Haunted Forest Trail is haunted by a host of terrors you won’t see anywhere else.

The Acres of Darkness is fun for the entire family with activities and entertainment for all ages. Play it safe on the kiddie trail or brave our Haunted Forest Trail if you dare. A family area includes a hayride, kid’s activities, a black light maze, and inflatables.  Enjoy a s’more and a cup of cocoa by the bonfire or journey to the depths of the forest for the fright of your life.

All proceeds benefit the environmental conservation and education programs of the Chattanooga Audubon Society.

As a family friendly event, we have a ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY FOR DRUGS & ALCOHOL and those under the influence.  Chattanooga Police are on site each night.  Anyone found to possess drugs or alcohol, or who cannot pass a sobriety test, WILL BE ESCORTED OFF SITE WITHOUT A REFUND. 
NO WARNINGS WILL BE GIVEN.
